Smart Factory

Jiecang seizes the opportunity of the times to build an intelligent manufacturing benchmarking factory with high integration of automation, Informatization networking and digitalization, real-time interconnection of equipment, and data integration, and has become the only enterprise in the industry to be selected as the provincial "future factory" identification and cultivation list.

The injection molding workshop adopts intelligent centralized feeding system to achieve digital production management, visual operation analysis, scientific resource overall scheduling, continuous optimization of production processes, cost reduction and efficiency increase.

The workshop is equipped with a closed cooling water circulation system, and all equipment is recycled in a closed loop, so as to achieve the "zero discharge" standard of wastewater and sewage, and truly reduce the generation of production and waste from the source.

Tap water use has dropped from 150 tons per month to 2 tons per month.

Accelerating the Double Carbon Goal

In 2020, the company will synchronously change the reflow soldering from single track to double track, which can save 50% of electric energy; change the fixed frequency air compressor to a variable frequency air compressor, which can save 25% of electric energy; upgrade all lamps and lanterns into LED lamps, which can save 50%; install photovoltaic equipment on the roof of the plant, and generate nearly 1 million kWh so far.

Compliance and Legality

The company has established a special dangerous goods warehouse and hazardous waste storage room. The treatment of hazardous waste is entrusted to qualified units in strict accordance with the requirements of the National Hazardous Waste Directory . The lighting function density of each plant and each room or place of the company is in line with the current value of the national standard GB50034.

The company has set up an environmental protection department, the formulation of Energy Management Measures , Waste Water Waste Gas Noise Land Pollution Control Procedures , Waste Management Procedures and other management systems, the company in the past two years in the construction and production process to comply with the relevant laws, regulations, policies and standards, therefore no major safety, environmental protection, quality accidents occur.

In accordance with the requirements of the three management system standards of GB/T19001-2015, GB/T24001-2015, GB/ T28001-2007, the company establishes quality, environment and occupational health and safety management system documents in combination with the actual situation of the company, so as to realize the company's commitment to comply with national laws and regulations, protect customer rights and interests, protect the environment, energy consumption and maintain the occupational health and safety of employees.

Standardization

The company reports the plan of the year in the solid waste management system of Zhejiang Province every year, the solid waste storage site meets the solid waste storage demand, and the production site is stored separately according to the categories generated by the specification. Hazardous waste is entrusted to a qualified third-party unit for disposal, all have a commission agreement, and the joint order management system is conscientiously implemented in the process of transfer.

In 2017, the company spent about 290,000 yuan to rearrange the rainwater and sewage pipe networks, so that the rainwater and sewage were separated and unified into one discharge port. After the cleaning wastewater is pretreated and deposited by the grease trap, the domestic sewage pretreated by the septic tank is incorporated into the park pipe network, and after achieve the A standard in the "Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard" (GB18918-2002) to flow through the Shengxin Sewage Treatment Plant, then finally discharged to the Cao'e River..
