Annual Summary and Award Ceremony | JIECANG 2023

On January 19, 2024, the "Collaboration·Integration·Progress" JIECANG 2023 Annual Summary and Award Ceremony was held, bringing together thousands of employees to honor pioneers and envision the future.

Another year has passed, and we continue to strive for progress and create new chapters.

At the outset,  President Mr. Lu Xiaojian delivered a speech, summarizing the company's 2023 performance and setting goals and policies for 2024. 

He emphasized the volatile market, and the need to enhance internal skills, expand into new markets, and strengthen global collaboration. Therefore, we can integrate subsidiaries, build consensus, and improve management efficiency for common progress. 

Mr. Hu Renchang, the company's chairman, thanked everyone for their hard work and congratulated outstanding employees in a remote video speech. 

He emphasized the importance of addressing internal causes of work problems, maintaining original aspirations, and embracing changes for the company's development.

The ceremony began with the stirring chorus of "Driving Dreams" and showcased captivating performances by JIECANG employees. The atmosphere was further enlivened by the grand dance "Song of the Golden Age" and the lighthearted skit "I Want Health". Moreover, the scene of the evening party featured the enchanting song "Under the Flying Clouds" and traditional Chinese performances, culminating in the breathtaking "National Chao Hanfu Show".

The employees on stage performed with sincerity， and the audience below responded with enthusiastic applause and cheers. Meanwhile, the part of Lucky Draw, interspersed with the performance, pushed the atmosphere to a climax. 

Ultimately, the party ended with the song "Brilliant Stars", but as the lyrics sang: "We will eventually travel thousands of miles with lights and continue the splendor of this moment." The party may be over, but our progress will not slow down and our vision remains unchanged. Let's come together and light the path to the future. Let's go to the brilliant galaxy together.
