Jiecang Global Layout| Cultural Exchange Sharing

19th, Dec, 2022, Jiecang held the first Chinese Culture Sharing with subsidiary Logicdata.

The first class was given by marketing department member Julie, who work as the overseas brand promotion. This class includes 2 parts, Jiecang culture & corporate value and Chinese culture, lasted for 30 minutes. At first, she gave a brief introduction with Jiecang founder, mission, vision, values and so forth.

When talked about the Jiecang work ethics: diligence, efficiency, teamwork and outcome. One of the foreign colleague raised a quick question about how should we understand the efficiency?“If we put it simply, for example, we are carrying out a project, we need to finish it before the deadline. Besides about that, Jiecang excel in customization smart solutions. When we receive the customer requirement, our engineers can finish drawing in 2 days; samples made in 10 days; samples shipped at 14th day; mass production achieved within 25 days, Julie answered”. After explained, foreign colleague nodded his head. 

On the Chinese learning part, the first class learned Chinese Mandarin at first, foreign colleagues learned about the four tones of Chinese character and try to pronounce Hello, Jiecang in Mandarin and learn the Chinese history about benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and so forth. 

Happy learning time flies and after the class, lecturer and team member took stock of it, and training department leader Lina said, “When I received the assignment about Chinese cultural learning. I feel it’s a worthy thing to carry out but also a great challenge for us. On the one aspect, Jiecang has the global subsidiary and through the cultural exchange learning, we could know about each other well and cooperate more effectively. However, on the other hand, the urgent thing for us is to select the optimal lecturer and set the according learning plan. After several communications with LD, we figured out the learners need and set a suitable curriculum. We will hold 4 classes before the annual leave, appreciated for everyone’s hard work as well as great contribution to company global culture exchange”.

One man’s meat is another man’s poison. After the culture exchange training, we believe colleagues at home and abroad will know about each other deeply. Based on that, we could cooperate smoothly and provide more efficient and professional smart solutions to our customers. Along with the policy of pandemic, we will see more foreign colleague face to face in 2023 and no matte sharing the cutting-edge technology or culture exchanges. Sharing the Chinese culture with LD make a great success and we will hold more global training exchange with other subsidiaries, integrating global culture.
